🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance roles
- Robot Framework or Selenium/Cypress/Playwright with Python
- CI/CD pipelines experience, preferably GitLab
- Deep understanding of testing principles, test strategy and SDLC
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
- Independent worker with strategic quality decisions
- Nice to Have: AI for test plan/automation
- Nice to Have: Agile environments experience
