- Define and lead the QA testing strategy and test planning.

- Work with Product, Dev and Ops in a cross-functional team.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI/API).

- Prepare status reports, KPIs, and lead go/no-go discussions.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years QA experience; 2–3 years as QA Lead/Test Manager.
- Strong manual and automated testing; API, integration, regression.
- Automation frameworks and CI/CD: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker.
- Experience with test management tools: TestRail, Xray, JIRA.
- English communication; agile/SAFe experience; discuss CI/CD with DevOps.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent preferred.
