Designs tests and strategy for CXone products/features; automation.
Performs code reviews, resolves defects, and supports production in Agile teams.
Writes and maintains end-to-end automated tests.
Monitors test and production environments; improves coverage.
Collaborates with teammates in an Agile environment.

🎯 Requirements

At least 4-7 years of QA/Automation experience.
Playwright, Java/JavaScript or OO language; SQL queries.
Fluent in English; team player.
Experience with AWS; SaaS SDLC.
QA methodologies; testing complex systems.
Agile development; UI and API testing tools.
