Use quality metrics to identify gaps and define targets for team deliverables.
Improve internal processes and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

At least 5+ years of Python development experience.
Strong experience with system design.
Experience with microservice based architectures.
Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization).
Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka).
You are a strong communicator in English (spoken and written).
