Develop an OKR platform for tracking company goals
Develop an internal dashboard for company metrics visualization
Design and develop our ELT platform and pipelines
Develop and maintain various services for internal company needs
Review code from other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
Collaborate with teams to extract meaningful insights from data and improve data quality and reliability

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in Python (Django) and React
Strong experience with RDBMS, especially PostgreSQL
Strong knowledge of LLM/AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor)
Best coding practices: clean code, automated tests, reviews, CI/CD
Experience working with Docker and Docker Compose
Good communication skills in English
