📋 Description

• Lead Iberia public policy campaigns focusing on Spain and Portugal.
• Define policy goals, shape strategy, and build partnerships.
• Build and maintain networks of political contacts across Iberia.
• Represent Airbnb in meetings with government stakeholders; draft policy language.
• Advise internal teams on policy matters to guide product development.
• Monitor legislation and regulatory matters; coordinate with teams and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in political or regulatory work; travel in Spain/Europe.
• Deep knowledge of Iberia politics and legislative processes.
• Legal education and professional experience required.
• Proven ability to build networks across stakeholders.
• Track record in partnerships and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Native Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese/Catalan a plus.
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona; frequent travel to Europe and SF.
