Lead multiple concurrent software implementation programs from initiation to delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, ops, clients, vendors, and leadership
Build strong client and internal relationships as a trusted program leader
Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions to maintain momentum and timelines
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early; drive proactive resolutions
Manage competing priorities across workstreams with visibility into program health

🎯 Requirements

8+ years PM/PMO in software/SaaS/enterprise environments
Led multiple concurrent enterprise-scale projects or programs
Independent operator in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
Align technical and non-technical stakeholders
Communicate complex topics clearly to executives and clients
Experience with multi-system projects, integrations, and vendor dependencies
