- Strong Agile, Scrum, Kanban; SDLC and CI/CD; certifications a plus.
- Experience with headless/composable platforms (CommerceTools, Contentful, Talon.One, Auth0, Segment).
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Notion, Smartsheet, Google Suite.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional facilitation.
