📋 Description

• Develop tools and processes to manage public safety software deployments.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties to drive deployments.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budgets for deployments.
• Build and maintain project plans and docs to monitor deliverables and risks.
• Establish and execute mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
• Standardize PM tools and processes for multiple deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification or actively pursuing one.
• 3-4 years PM experience, customer-facing and internal coordination.
• Led cloud software deployments in regulated or mission-critical environments.
• Proficient with Agile and Waterfall; adapt as needed.
• Experience creating PM documents (risk registers, charters) and trackers.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, cross-functional teamwork.
