🎯 Requirements
- North America: Bachelor7s degree in science/health; advanced degree preferred
- 7 years clinical research experience with minimum 4 years direct PM experience
- Global, cross-functional trial management experience
- Strong planning, risk/change management, and escalation capability
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, CTMS, and Microsoft Office
- Oncology experience and cell/gene therapy preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
