Senior Project Manager - Oncology

📋 Description

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver designated clinical study projects.
• Ensure quality, scope, cost, and time objectives are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to timelines and budget.
• Maintain trial execution quality and eTMF/CTMS readiness.
• Prepare updates and discuss risks with sponsors and senior mgmt.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor7s degree in science or health field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in clinical research with 4+ years as a project manager.
• Experience managing global, multi-site trials.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory support.
• Experience in oncology and cell/gene therapy preferred.
