Lead and manage low voltage data center projects from design to completion.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets with the Design & Construction Team.
Assist in preparing estimates for LV systems and budgets.
Supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure quality.
Primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Oversee LV materials procurement and timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction mgmt, electrical/mechanical eng, telecom, or related field.
7+ years PM in LV; 3+ years in data centers.
LV systems knowledge: BAS, structured cabling, access control, CCTV.
Ability to read complex LV drawings and schematics.
Excellent communication with clients, vendors, execs, and cross-functional teams.
Procore, MS Project, MS Office, and cloud-based commissioning platforms.
