Senior Project Manager - Low Voltage BMS Controls

📋 Description

• Lead and manage low voltage data center projects from design to completion.
• Develop scopes, schedules, and budgets with design/construction teams.
• Supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure quality and codes.
• Oversee procurement of BMS materials; ensure timely delivery and budgets.
• Conduct site surveys, review drawings, and lead planning for execution.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation; ensure timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years PM experience in BMS or data centers, with >=3 in mission-critical.
• Advanced knowledge of low voltage systems (cabling, access control, CCTV).
• Ability to read and analyze complex BMS drawings and schematics.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based commissioning platforms.
