🎯 Requirements

• University level education.
• Advanced training in measurement, media effectiveness, experimentation, or marketing finance.
• Minimum 10 years in digital transformation, marketing, ecommerce, analytics, or consulting.
• 5+ years leading regional programmes, capability building, or governance.
• Influencing senior stakeholders and aligning markets to standards.
• Strong business, financial, and analytical thinking; uses data to guide digital investments.
• Strong leadership; raise standards, coach, develop others, and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication across markets and partners.
• Proven agency/partner management with governance, quality, and improvement focus.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; strong prioritisation and programme management.
• Curious, open-minded; evidence-based, proactive in improving ways.
• Strong understanding of Kao culture and global collaboration.
