Use company resources for design and construction documents.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate each project phase.
Provide construction services (site visits, review shop drawings).
Serve as primary client contact with clients and consultants.
Assemble consultant team; coordinate trades for complete docs.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of civil engineering/land development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related program.
PE license preferred.
Knowledge of local entitlement processes and regulations.
Hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and stormwater design expertise.
AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills.
