Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex projects using agile methods.
• Serve as liaison between clients and project teams.
• Define delivery plans, processes, and tooling.
• Prioritize work across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure contract compliance and governance.
• Share best practices to improve delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years PM on medium/large software projects (Agile).
• 5+ years direct experience with Agile practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, AzureDevOps, MS Office/Teams.
• Experience managing client relationships and milestones.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; CI/CD.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate.
