Senior Project Manager, Architecture + Store Design

📋 Description

• Oversee store design, development, and admin across 10-15 projects.
• Lead coordination of internal input and approvals on projects.
• Manage landlord communications and tenant coordination.
• Lead internal design process and completion of design documents (plans/elevations).
• Manage consultants on design development and construction documents per standards.
• Ensure timely execution of projects; assist with budgets, bidding, and RFIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design or related field.
• 10-15 years of design/project management experience, retail preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Project.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction, codes, and ADA compliance; LEED AP preferred.
• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines; team player; self-motivated.
