- Oversee store design, development, and admin across 10-15 projects.
- Lead coordination of internal input and approvals on projects.
- Manage landlord communications and tenant coordination.
- Lead internal design process and completion of design documents (plans/elevations).
- Manage consultants on design development and construction documents per standards.
- Ensure timely execution of projects; assist with budgets, bidding, and RFIs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design or related field.
- 10-15 years of design/project management experience, retail preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction, codes, and ADA compliance; LEED AP preferred.
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines; team player; self-motivated.
