🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, leading complex cross-functional programs.
- Advanced knowledge of PMBOK and Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience managing projects without direct authority and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong ability to assess trade-offs for broader business impact.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Monday.com).
