Coordinate day-to-day activities across system admins, stakeholders, and vendors.
Drive accountability for stakeholder-delivered outputs and priorities.
Track progress and surface risks or delays; escalate as needed.
Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline planning and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Experience supporting business technology or enterprise systems initiatives.
Ability to independently manage defined workstreams within a multi-system portfolio.
Strong curiosity about technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive cross-functional execution.
Experience with requirements gathering and scope management with technical admins and business owners.
Formal project management training or certification is a plus but not required.
