Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects for global clients.
• Define direction and requirements with stakeholders across discovery, design, and delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and status reports across discovery to execution.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities across accounts.
• Drive pre-sales through opportunity management and responses to RFPs.
• Ensure delivery quality with transparent, data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency, professional services, or consulting environment.
• Proven Release Management in Agile environments, incl. Scrum ceremonies, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple projects and environments while maintaining delivery standards.
• Strong background in website and mobile app development; engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid Jira, Confluence, and delivery tools; use data to drive transparency and decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management; clearly communicate risks and status.
