🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years experience as Project Manager in IT, digital, or transformation projects
- Proven experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders/teams
- Strong stakeholder management across business and IT at different levels
- Understanding of IT systems, software delivery, and full project life cycle
- Hands-on with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Familiarity with PMBOK or similar governance standards
