- Be the hub between media, creative, account strategy, and internal teams, driving projects forward quickly and efficiently.
- Define project requirements with Account Leads; develop budgets and timelines; write SOWs; plan resources for all projects.

- Build project plans considering internal resources, third-party capabilities, time requirements, and objectives.
- Lead and schedule meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, inter-agency sessions, and deliverables reviews.
- Ensure all stakeholders stay on track with proper briefings, check-ins, hand-offs, and information transfer.

- 7-9 years building brands at top agencies; Fortune 500 clients.
- Strong management experience with mentorship and empowerment.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research and data to derive insights.
- Ability to influence across the organization and foster cross-functional teamwork.
- Strategic thinking with analytical and creative marketing approach.
- Understanding of multiple channels in brand and content marketing.
