- Track record of identifying delivery problems and building scalable systems.
- Experience leading offshore/cross-functional teams with empathy and accountability.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, GCP, BigQuery; QA outputs.
- Clear, structured communicator for onshore EMs and client stakeholders.
- PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2); Agile (Scrum/Kanban); hybrid delivery.
