Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
• Define scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and status cadences.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; primary client and leadership contact; executive reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM in creative/digital agencies; 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-channel projects; client-facing.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods for creative processes.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, Wrike.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive reporting and English comms.
• Mentoring PMs; leading distributed teams; plus Spanish and certifications.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation for campaigns.
