📋 Description

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple concurrent projects
• Define scope, estimates, schedules, and resource requirements
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across teams
• Facilitate executive-level updates and decision forums
• Implement mitigation strategies using structured planning techniques
• Improve execution practices within and across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or health-related field; PMP/PSM/CSM preferred.
• 5+ years of practical experience in software or data project management.
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives through full project lifecycle with proven frameworks.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related tools.
