Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects across internal R&D and partnerships.
• Drive quarterly and yearly project planning with teams; define goals, outcomes, timelines, and resources.
• Establish and maintain robust PM practices tailored to project needs, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid.
• Track progress across multiple initiatives; identify risks and remove blockers to stay on track.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure timely communication of project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project or program management leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Biotech experience with technical and scientific teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; experience engaging engineering, research, and leadership.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, research-driven env with evolving priorities.
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail; able to switch between tactical and high-level planning.
