- Own end-to-end delivery of CXone deployments and analytics engagements.
- Act as primary customer contact through project lifecycle.

- Coordinate governance meetings, workshops, and minutes.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in project or engagement management of enterprise software (SaaS/CCaaS).
- Experience with CXone or similar CCaaS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication from C-suite to engineers.
- PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred but not essential.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; cloud deployment familiarity.
