Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Direct and manage project from initiation to closure within budget and schedule
• Negotiate, define, communicate and manage project scope
• Develop, maintain and execute the project plan throughout the lifecycle
• Revise the plan timely to meet changing needs
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones; review team deliverables
• Forecast, track and manage budgets; ensure timely invoicing
• Define and monitor quality standards for all deliverables
• Manage day-to-day project operations
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate risks
• Liaise between company and client; build trustful relationships
• Identify resources and partner with other managers to acquire them
• Mentor Project Coordinators and team members
• Support PMO development; recommend policy improvements
• Assist PMO with project team assessments

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6+ years IT project management experience
• Experience managing mid-size to large projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent stakeholder communication, including leadership reporting
• Solid project delivery and deliverables tracking
• Technical background is a plus
• Advanced English
• Willingness to work from the office daily
