- Strong production instincts; understand reviews, iterations, approvals, and keep work moving.
- Excellent client presence; confident leading calls and handling pressure.
- Highly organized and systems-minded; bring structure that enables creativity.
- Experience building scalable workflows in a growing studio or startup.
