• Lead end-to-end customer implementations of Ridgeline’s enterprise platform.
• Define scope, allocate resources, and plan execution aligned with goals.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders for alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks across cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets and schedules with precision.
• Take ownership of critical tasks, hands-on to ensure delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations for investment management.
• Deep understanding of investment management workflows including front and back-office.
• Strong PM practices; cross-functional resource management.
• Excellent organizational and time management; able to engage senior leaders.
• Willingness to learn new tech and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT.
