🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of Civil Engineering experience with land/site development
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required
- A PE (Professional Engineering) license is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes and applicable codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
