  • Participate in contract kick-offs; optimize revenue, billing, and reporting with Costpoint BI.
  • Prepare detailed estimates at completion (EACs) and review quarterly.
  • Review monthly project costs, revenue, and accruals; provide variance analyses.
  • Review detailed costs for accuracy; coordinate labor corrections.
  • Prepare monthly program review presentations and report operating results.
  • Monitor spending, backlog, and funding; alert when 75%/85% funded.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 5-10 years in government contracting PC role preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in Project Finance and/or Accounting in government contracting.
  • Experience using Deltek Costpoint for planning, setup, revenue recognition, and billing.
  • Knowledge of government contract types: Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost Reimbursable.
  • Experience with large contracts with multiple CLIN and revenue types.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel essential.
  • Ability to communicate across the organization; self-motivated.
  • Preferred: Experience with Deltek Costpoint/Reporting.
