- Participate in contract kick-offs; optimize revenue, billing, and reporting with Costpoint BI.
- Prepare detailed estimates at completion (EACs) and review quarterly.
- Review monthly project costs, revenue, and accruals; provide variance analyses.
- Review detailed costs for accuracy; coordinate labor corrections.
- Prepare monthly program review presentations and report operating results.
- Monitor spending, backlog, and funding; alert when 75%/85% funded.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; 5-10 years in government contracting PC role preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in Project Finance and/or Accounting in government contracting.
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint for planning, setup, revenue recognition, and billing.
- Knowledge of government contract types: Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost Reimbursable.
- Experience with large contracts with multiple CLIN and revenue types.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel essential.
- Ability to communicate across the organization; self-motivated.
- Preferred: Experience with Deltek Costpoint/Reporting.
