- Support client engagements from pre-NTP to closeout, owning workstreams.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to track scope, schedule, budget.
- Build and maintain project execution plans with timelines, budgets, tasks.
- Contribute to scopes of work and proposal inputs, including costing.
- Conduct technical and financial analysis of solar PV and energy storage.
- Act as a power user of internal tools, providing workflow feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in project coordination/management within renewable energy or related sectors.
- Experience supporting utility-scale solar and BESS.
- Experience working with external stakeholders (consultants, vendors, engineers, or contractors).
- Strong technical/analytical skills in project execution, permitting, design, or construction.
- Ability to review and interpret technical docs (site plans, reports, contracts) with guidance.
- Understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle and drivers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
- PMP or similar certification a plus, not required.
