📋 Description

• Track and report project costs, including capex and opex.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
• Use NetSuite and Excel to create reports and analyze data.
• Prepare detailed financial reports with pivot tables.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders to provide updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably construction.
• Proficiency in NetSuite software (preferred).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, financial reporting, and reconciliation skills.
