📋 Description

• Drive annual strategy and planning, identifying growth opportunities
• Build data tools and provide teams with data support for decisions
• Deliver actionable business analysis to leaders and stakeholders
• Provide data-driven insights quickly via SQL, Excel, Tableau
• Manage a small group of analysts supporting local and regional partners
• Create materials to communicate strategy and performance to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in strategic roles or scaling global businesses
• Experience managing a team
• Cross-functional work with product, marketing, and sales ops
• Ability to take initiative and manage ambiguity
• Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community
• Comfortable with Excel and SQL
