Senior Programme Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard new brand partners, translating needs into Trove workflows.
• Coordinate cross‑team IT/logistics for Shopify, M3 ERP, and 3PL.
• Create SOPs and docs for partner integrations.
• Primary contact for European brand partners and nurture relationships.
• Facilitate discussions on rates, packaging, and program expansion.
• Identify risks and opportunities to scale partner programs in EMEA.
• Execute financial tasks and reporting per US Finance.
• Assist transitions to new revenue models for net revenue recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in account/project/implementation in e‑commerce or SaaS.
• Experience in e‑commerce project management.
• Financial reporting experience and coordination with international finance.
• Understanding of e‑commerce platforms, WMS, and data integration.
• Strong German and English communication; multi‑tasking.
• Residence in Germany with valid German work permit.
• Based near Berlin for collaboration.
• Available to start July 2026.
