Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional Field Engineering initiatives.
Build project blueprints: objectives, scope, delivery strategy, resourcing, comms.
Coordinate teams to plan, align and track development, release, GTM and enablement.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, impediments; ensure change control.
Monitor programme performance and provide leadership to project teams.

🎯 Requirements

PM experience in B2B SaaS; GTM and customer lifecycle programs.
Hands-on with automation tooling (n8n, Claude Code) or equivalent.
Proven cross-functional alignment; influential communicator across Eng, Product, Exec.
Bias for action; fast, iterative; navigate ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple programs and prevent gaps.
