📋 Description

• Secure new partnerships with organizations enabling structured volunteering.
• Support communities/volunteers to offer training and content challenges.
• Learn Wikipedia editing policies (NPOV, Reliable sources) to engage partners.
• Use readership data and community insights to identify knowledge gaps.
• Communicate volunteer program needs to Product Managers delivering Contributor Experience strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in education, youth, or volunteer management.
• Strong facilitation; build community trust for experiments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, flexible across departments in a distributed, cross-cultural env.
• Available to travel across UTC+2 to UTC-5; ~3 international trips/yr.
• 5+ yrs with Bachelor's, or 3+ yrs with Master's, or equivalent.
