🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years leading large cross-functional programs in HR/People Systems or Enterprise Apps
- Hands-on Workday Recruiting/ATS transformation experience
- End-to-end hiring knowledge: planning, recruiting, onboarding
- Strong understanding of how processes map to technical architectures and integrations
- Proven success leading programs through change resistance and conflicting priorities
- Executive-level communication with strong stakeholder influence
