📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end Workday ATS transformation from planning through stabilization.
  • Align Workforce Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding to deliver a cohesive end-state.
  • Partner with People and TA leadership to navigate change and build momentum.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across HR, TA, Enterprise Applications, Eng, Finance, and partners.
  • Establish and manage program governance with milestones, risks, issues, and exec reporting.
  • Identify risks early; drive decisions through structured problem-solving and influence.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years leading large cross-functional programs in HR/People Systems or Enterprise Apps
  • Hands-on Workday Recruiting/ATS transformation experience
  • End-to-end hiring knowledge: planning, recruiting, onboarding
  • Strong understanding of how processes map to technical architectures and integrations
  • Proven success leading programs through change resistance and conflicting priorities
  • Executive-level communication with strong stakeholder influence
