Senior Program Manager TS / SCI

📋 Description

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and communicate milestones and critical path.
• Drive weekly program cadence: stand-ups, team meetings, exec briefings; document minutes.
• Lead risk management: identify, log, and mitigate program risks with technical leads.
• Align internal engineering, compliance, and product squads with DISA requirements and priorities.
• Manage contract deliverables, CDRLs, and government reporting; ensure on-time submissions.
• Escalate customer concerns and blockers; drive urgent resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance (no exceptions).
• 7+ years of DoW program management experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream DoW programs with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Integrated Master Schedules (MS Project or equivalent).
• Deep familiarity with DoW contract structures, CDRL management, and government reporting requirements.
• PMP certification or similar Program Management certification (Nice to Have).
