- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale programs with HRBPs
- Strong program/project mgmt skills, including stakeholder alignment and risk mgmt
- Experience developing HRBP- and manager-facing enablement and communications
- Hands-on with HR tech teams, including Workday or similar HCM
- Experience supporting cycles that inform compensation and talent decisions
