  • 7+ years designing and delivering large-scale L&D or culture programs.
  • 5+ years in a People/HR program management role.
  • Instructional Design, OD practices, and measurement knowledge.
  • e-learning tools: Captivate, Articulate 360, Adobe CC; SCORM/AICC.
  • Asana or Monday.com experience; CPLP/CPTD preferred.
