Lead end-to-end M&A integration from pre-close to post-merger execution.
Serve as primary contact for acquired teams during transition.
Build and report integration KPIs to leadership (retention, milestones, readiness).
Develop integration playbooks and repeatable frameworks with HR.
Orchestrate stakeholder alignment; provide exec visibility into status.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in BizOps/Strategy & Ops or PM at a high-growth tech company.
Cross-functional program management of large-scale initiatives.
Experience leading Q2C or P2P, or similar cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; use frameworks.
Excellent communication and influence across senior stakeholders.
Nice to have: PMP/CSM/Lean Six Sigma certification.
