🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year institution.
6-8 years in PM, mgmt consulting, ops, or strategy (SaaS).
Track record launching cross-functional initiatives improving CX and scalability.
Strong PM: end-to-end delivery, roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting.
Ability to ramp up quickly and derive data-driven insights.
Strong communication and clear documentation.
