Senior Program Manager, Sales Programs – AI

📋 Description

• Drive AI programs across internal and customer domains (LLMs, copilots).
• Partner with AI Engineering to operationalize prototypes into scalable programs.
• Define program charters, plans, stakeholder maps, and milestone schedules.
• Facilitate alignment across AI Product, AI Engineering, GTM, and Data Governance.
• Track KPIs on adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Lead change management: enablement, communications, rollout plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• 6–8 years of program mgmt or business operations, preferably SaaS or data tech.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with technical and business teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to influence without authority.
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies; basic exposure to Python, Databricks, or ML models.
• Comfortable working in remote and distributed team environments.
