  • Build sales operations program: goals, forecasting, processes, feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in program management, sales ops, or revenue operations.
  • Proven track record building sales ops and revenue planning from zero-to-one.
  • Strategic and hands-on experience; strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Experience creating client proposals, pricing, and contract workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align with senior leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred.
