Lead end-to-end execution of skincare programs from concept to launch.
Develop integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Manage a team of project managers and allocate resources.
Coordinate cross-functional work across R&D, Regulatory, Product, Packaging, Marketing.
Ensure regulatory alignment (FDA 510(k), OTC Monograph).
Drive launch readiness including merchandising and displays.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5-7+ years PM experience in regulated skincare.
Led complex development programs through regulatory milestones.
Experience managing a team with delegation and planning.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project).
