Senior Program Manager – Release Management

📋 Description

• Own release lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Define and maintain release schedules with dependencies.
• Coordinate all release activities across engineering, QA, product, field ops.
• Drive program planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Lead release readiness reviews, testing coordination, and rollout sequencing.
• Build and report on release KPIs for leadership decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM/ProjMgmt in tech with release ownership.
• Bachelor's in CS/EE/ME or related; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-team software/hardware programs.
• Deep Jira administration: workflows, reporting, cross-project coordination.
• Strong Agile and SDLC experience, including hardware-coupled cycles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across engineering, product, and execs.
