Senior Program Manager – Release Management

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end release management from planning to deployment.
• Define release schedules considering hardware/software dependencies.
• Coordinate release activities across engineering, QA, product, and field ops.
• Lead program planning, tracking, and risk across multiple initiatives.
• Develop release governance: branching, freeze windows, and rollbacks.
• Identify systemic risks and drive timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical program/project management with release ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical or Mechanical Eng, or related; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team software/hardware programs.
• Deep Jira administration experience: workflows, reporting, cross-project coordination.
• Strong Agile and SDLC practices, with hardware-coupled development experience.
• Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or safety-critical industries preferred.
