  • Map end-to-end People Ops processes (onboarding, offboarding, movement, Workday).
  • Document current state workflows, dependencies, and manual tasks to show how work happens today.
  • Design future state processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
  • Partner with TA, IT, payroll, legal, compliance, and People Ops on handoffs.
  • Create process inventories and documentation to align on how services should work.
  • Develop roadmaps outlining changes and sequencing to reach the future state.

🎯 Requirements

  • Business process analysis and documentation for HR ops and process improvement.
  • Process design for current/future states, including RACI, SLAs, and Workday.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to align handoffs across partner functions.
  • Analytical, data-driven problem solving to identify patterns and prioritize improvements.
  • Self-directed execution with prioritization in ambiguous environments.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Workday, and ServiceNow.
